About
A place for the in-between.
Crozzroads began with a simple noticing: most of life happens in the passage between two known things. The leaving and the arriving. The old shape dissolving and the new one not yet formed.
Our culture is fluent in beginnings and endings, but stays mostly silent about what comes next after things end. That space of not-yet-knowing the right path forward can feel like an eternity. It isn't. It's where the deepest work unfolds.
This is a quiet companion for that work — one-on-one Transition Reading, a weekly circle, trusted practitioners, and tools for sitting with what is moving.

I build things at the seams.
Most of life happens in the passage between two known things — the leaving and the arriving, the old shape dissolving and the new one not yet formed. That in-between is where the deepest work unfolds, and it's where I've always shown up.
I work at the intersection of finance, nature, and consciousness. I founded Women Funding the World and its non-profit, the Women's Funding Council — with a campaign to move the under 0.4% of capital that goes to Black and brown female founders, and 2.3% that goes to women, to 10% in ten years. I co-founded Consciousness Drinks. I co-host Exploring Reality, Maybe Podcast.
Crozzroads is a quiet companion for that work. Transition Readings, a weekly circle, trusted practitioners, tools for sitting with what is moving. Not a platform for advice. A place for the in-between.
